Building Fund
Donations toward our future permanent space may be made directly to St. John’s Parish Church with “Building Fund” in the memo line or by giving online and selecting "Building Fund". Please remain in prayer that the Lord will help us to discern what He wants us to build.

The Place We Called Home:
Fundraiser for Building Fund
Pam Hanckel compiled a book of beautiful pictures of our old property. It will be the kickoff for a fundraiser for the new building since — praise God — the land is paid for. This is a wonderful memory, including our journey from the old property to Haut Gap and the blessing of the new land of our forefathers. The book is mainly pictures and verses. The pictures were taken in a span of about 30 years. Several miracles happened while she was putting the book together: being led to take pictures for so many years, taking a picture of our lay readers Bible which was opened to Proverbs 30:5-6 which alludes to our reason for leaving, and the inability for her to order until God had truly finished with it. Be sure to ask her about it.
The books are available before and after Sunday service at Haut Gap or at Ressurection Hall during the week with a minimum donation of $50, though you may donate more if you feel so led. Envelopes are available which you can take when picking up a book and put the donation in the offering plate. You can also give online via the website or app. When giving online make sure to select "Building Fund" and put "Book" in the memo line.
As of November 30, $6,350 has been contributed to the building fund through this fundraiser.

Prayer for our Parish
Dear Heavenly Father,
Together we are united with the saints of the household of God;
built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone.
In Christ alone our church is being joined together, and is growing into a holy temple of the Lord by the Spirit.
By Your wisdom may we discern what You want us to build;
Through Jesus Christ our Lord and the power of the Holy Spirit,
Amen.

Nursery

We need three adult or young adult volunteers to serve our nursery and preschool children each Sunday. Would you consider signing up to help a couple of Sundays so we can continue to pour into the next generation?
Adult Sunday School
Every Sunday before the worship service, we gather for fellowship and to study Scripture. We currently have two Adult Sunday School classes available, both open for anyone to attend.
